Formules digital et metatarsiennes

ABSTRACT

The authors make a prospective study about the digital and metatarsien formula of 200 normal forefeets and a retrospective study about 32 cases of hallus valgus and 13 cases of hallus rijidis and sesamoitiditis the formulas are determined by "Vitadot" method. This study showed that the Moroccan forefeet is in the large majority of cases an Egyptian forefeet very often an indes minos but quite often an indes plus or plus minos. This assessmant differs from the one in furope and in N. S. A. and Canada. This study confirm the predisposing character of these two types of the forefeet respectively to the hallus valgrus and hallus rigidus or the sesamoiditis. * Finally, this study permitted to propose the prevelence of the roll of the trigger factor on the morphoskeletal pedisposition.
