Temporal association between the isolation of Sabin-related poliovirus vaccine strains and the Guillain-Barre syndrome

Thirty eigth paralysis classified as Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) in Brazil were analysed. In all these cases Sabin-related poliovirus vaccine strains were isolated.
