Os autores apresentam sua experiência com o uso do bloqueio do plexo braquial na redução e/ou controle da dor no pós-operatório de esvaziamento axilar. Discutem o valor e benefício da técnica, a facilidade de execução e a sua eficiência.

ABSTRACT

The authors present their experience with the use of brachial blocking in the reduction and/or control of pain in the postoperative period. They also argue the value and the benefits of the technique, its easy execution and efficiency in the reduction of pain in the armpit after surgery.
