Destrezas en comunicación: la relación médico-paciente / Communication's abilities: the physician-patient relationship

RESUMEN

Se revisa la realación médico-paciente desde la perspectiva de las ciencias de la comunicación con base en testimonios recogidos de pacientes de diversos lugares del Perú. Para mejorar la relación médico-paciente se propone considerar al paciente de manera integral, cambiar nuestras actitudes e incorporar elementos favorables para dicha relación.

ABSTRACT

The physician-patient relationship is reviewed from the perspective of the communication sciences and based on the testimonies of patients from all over the country. In order to improve the physician-patient relationship, it is proposed to consider the patient in its integrity, to change our attitudes and to incorporate favorable elements to this relationship.
