Pesquisa qualitativa: desbravando territórios possíveis de se fazer ciência na Educação Física / Qualitative research: searching possible territories to produce science in the Physical Education

RESUMO

O objetivo deste texto é expor os mecanismos através dos quais o sujeito foi resumido na ordem dos dados, como recurso para extrair-lhe uma suposta objetividade provedora de legitimidade científica e, a partir daí, observar o esforço das Ciências Humanas – sob a perspectiva da Hermenêutica filosófica de Gadamer (2003) – na busca por uma proximidade com o sujeito – atenta ao perigo da redução objetal – através da verificação das histórias de vida. Esta aproximação permite indagar sobre as possibilidades da Educação Física ampliar seu âmbito de conhecimento ao levar em conta o corpo e o movimento como agentes potenciais de história, revelando uma afinidade ontológica entre campos distintos de conhecimento. O corpo em movimento cria linguagem. As histórias de vida captam esta linguagem, expondo sua estrutura comunicacional. A Hermenêutica torna esta comunicação compreensível na verificação de um interlocutor e é esta verificação – e as possibilidades ainda não desbravadas que ela anuncia – que pode interessar à Educação Física.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this article is to display the mechanisms through which the subject was summarized in the order of the data, as resource to extract a supposed objectivity supplier of scientific legitimacy and, from there, to observe the effort of Human Sciences - under the perspective of the philosophical Hermeneutics of Gadamer (2003) – for a proximity with the subject – taking care of the danger of the objetal reduction - through the verification them life histories. This approach allows inquiring on the possibilities of the Physical Education to extend its scope of knowledge when leading in account the body and the movement as potential agents of history, disclosing an ontology affinity between distinct fields of knowledge. The body in movement creates language. Life histories catch this language, displaying its communicational structure. The Hermeneutics becomes this communication understandable for an interlocutor. This verification - and the possibilities not yet tamed that it announces - can interest the Physical Education.
