As práticas de saúde da família discutidas na perspectiva da psicanálise: uma proposta de cuidado / Family health assistance according to the psychoanalysis approaches: a proposal for caring

RESUMO

Trata-se de reflexões teóricas pautadas na crítica às práticas que incluem a família no tratamento do indivíduo em serviços de saúde. Objetiva-se problematizar a organização do trabalho em saúde a partir da clínica que concebe o discurso do homem com base no inconsciente. Quando um integrante da família busca auxílio, os profissionais desenvolvem práticas pautadas na concepção de família como um sistema harmônico, tentando restabelecer o equilíbrio perdido. Este ideal exclui a maneira pela qual cada integrante da família significa sua história e seus laços com os demais membros. Conclui-se que qualquer demanda de cuidado deve ser escutada em sua singularidade, pois o ideal familiar impossibilita o entendimento da emergência do sujeito.

ABSTRACT

These theoretical reflections are based on a critical assessment of practices which include the patient's family participation in the treatment of the individual in health services. The objective is to question the health work organization in the clinic approach which values a certain concept of man. When a family member looks for help, health professionals develop practices oriented by the conception of family as a harmonious system. Thus, the health team tries to re-establish the lost equilibrium. This ideal concept excludes the way each element of the family builds and signifies one's history and bonds with other relatives. We conclude that any demand for care should be listened in its singularity. Therefore, the idealized concept of family makes it impossible to understand the emergence of the subject.
