Violência doméstica em Belém do Pará / Domestic violence in Belen of Para

RESUMO

Examinar a incidência da violência doméstica3 nos atendimentos da Delegacia da Mulher de Belém, DEAM antes e depois da aplicação da Lei Maria da Penha com enfoque que inclui a equipe e o funcionamento institucional. Método: observação participante para conhecer a estrutura e o funcionamento da Delegacia da Mulher; pesquisa bibliográfica e documental; consentimento de pesquisa assinado pelos dirigentes da instituição, análises qualitativas e estatísticas de dados do período2006-07. Organizaram-se os dados estatísticos em tabelas para abordar: panorama das ocorrências da violência domestica antes e depois da implantação da Lei Maria da Penha. Resultados: Os efeitosde lidar com a violência doméstica repercutem em todos os atores do sistema em que ela ocorre e com ela lidam; a violência domestica antes da lei era mais denunciada. Conclusão: faltam capacitação e condições de trabalho na Delegacia da Mulher; ainda não foi instalada entre o casal acultura da igualdade; o temor à detenção por parte do casal tem contribuído para a redução das denúncias não da incidência da violência domestica

ABSTRACT

To examine the incidence of the domestic violence in the attendances of the Police station of the Woman from Belem, DEAM before and after the application of the Law Maria of the Penha with focus to the team and the institutional structure. Method: participant observation to understand the structure and the operation of the Woman's Police station; researches bibliographical and documental; research consent signed by the leadersof the institution, qualitative and statistical analyses of data of the period of 2006-2007. The statistical data were organized in table to approach: panorama of the occurrences of the violence tames before and after the implantation of the law Maria of the Penha. Results: The effects of the domestic violence rebound in all the actors of the system that shehappens and with her they work; the violence tames before the law it was more denounced. Conclusion: lack of the training and work conditions in the Woman's Police station; it was not still installed among the couple the culture of the equality; the fear to the detention in the part of the couple has not been contributing to the reduction of the incidence, but to thereduction of the accusations of the domestic violence
