Las actitudes interferentes hacia el aprendizaje y su corrección: una propuesta desde la Pedagogía / Attitudes interfering in learning and their correction: a proposal from the Pedagogy

RESUMEN

Se expone acerca de la función de las actitudes en el proceso de aprendizaje y particularmente de aquellas con direccionalidad negativa, a las cuales el autor de este trabajo identifica como actitudes interferentes hacia el aprendizaje, pues su connotación desfavorable conduce en muchos casos al fracaso académico y a la deserción universitaria. También se explica, con un enfoque determinista sistémico, el mecanismo de formación de las actitudes interferentes hacia el aprendizaje y se establece una clasificación propiciadora de una atención mucho más precisa por parte del docente que domina la estrategia pedagógica instituida para su corrección, la cual está diseñada por el autor con los elementos teóricos y prácticos necesarios. Se impone que los profesores y en especial los universitarios, apliquen los conocimientos y técnicas para corregir las actitudes interferentes hacia el aprendizaje, con el fin de lograr egresados más competentes.

ABSTRACT

The role of attitudes in the learning process is stated, particularly of those with negative directionality, which the author of this work identifies as attitudes interfering in learning, because their unfavorable connotation leads in many cases to the academic failure and college dropout. It is also explained with a systemic deterministic approach the formation mechanism of attitudes interfering in learning, and established a classification for a more precise attention from the teacher who dominates the pedagogic strategy instituted for their correction, which is designed by the author with the necessary theoretical and practical elements. It is required that teachers and especially those from the university apply the knowledge and techniques to correct attitudes interfering in learning with the purpose of achieving more competent gradua.
