Comportamiento de la CK MB y la troponina T en el posoperatorio de cirugía cardiovascular, hospital Hermanos Amejeira / Behavior of the CK MB and tropinin T in the postoperative treatment of cardiovascular surgery, Hermanos Amejeira hospital

RESUMEN

Debido a nuestro interés en el comportamiento de las enzimas miocárdicas durante el postoperatorio de cirugía cardiovascular se hace este trabajo, realizándose un estudio prospectivo en el hospital clínico quirúrgico “Hermanos Ameijeiras”, en el período de mayo 2006 – mayo 2008, tomándose como muestra un total de 50 pacientes, todos operados en nuestro servicio por una afección cardiovascular, de los cuales 35 pacientes (70) fueron hombres. El estudio se realizó mediante la revisión de las historias clínicas. Se encontró que el 66 de los pacientes tenían 2 o más factores de riesgo y que el 12 de nuestro universo tuvo IMA perioperatorio. El estudio enzimático mostró que tanto la CK MB como la troponina T se elevan desde las primeras horas en el IMAP, mientras que en los pacientes sin IMAP estas comienzan a decrecer desde la segunda muestra. Todos los pacientes fueron intervenidos electivamente. No hubo ningún fallecido.

ABSTRACT

This work was carried out because of our interest in the behavior of the myocardial enzymes during the postoperative treatment of cardiovascular surgery in which a prospective study was conducted in the Clinical Surgical Hospital “Hermanos Ameijeiras” in the period may 2006-2008. A sample of 50 patients was taken. All of them operated because of cardiovascular disease in our department. 35 patients (70) were men. The study was conducted by reviewing the medical histories. We found that 66 of patients had 2 or more risk factors and a 12 of our universe had perioperative IMA. The enzymatic study showed that the enzyme CK MB and Troponin T rise in the early hours in the IMAP whereas in patients without IMAP these begin to decrease from the second sample. All patients were operated electively. There were no deaths.
