La ley 23.737 y su efecto terapeutico en la psiquis del sujeto consumidor de sustancias adictivas ilegales: un aporte a las medidas de seguridad curativas y educativas / Law 23737 and its therapeutic effect on the psyche of the consumer subject illegal addictive substances: a contribution to the security measures and educational healing

RESUMEN

Desde mi experiencia como psicóloga realizada en diferentes instituciones públicas y privadas y en la Dirección General de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico de la Policía de la Provincia de Córdoba, en el trato y tratamiento con pacientes padecientes de la problemática adictiva y con conocimiento de la Ley Nacional de Estupefacientes 23737, en cuanto hace referencia en sus artículos 14, 16, 17, 18, de las medidas a tomar frente a detenidos con patologías adictivas, designando para ellos medidas de seguridad curativas y educativas, se me hizo necesario analizar la relación de éstos sujetos con la ley, para ello investigar sobre sus características de personalidad, sobre su síntoma y su goce y relacionarlo con lo propuesto por la ley 23737 con los artículos ya mencionado. De esta manera poder observar la importancia de la ley y su aplicación y cumplimiento sobre la psiquis de éstos sujetos a los fines terapéuticos como posibilidad de limitar el goce y amarrarlos a la vida. Su efecto nocivo de la no implementación, me insto a pensar en una posible propuesta de proponer la alternativa de realizar un convenio entre La Justicia Federal, La Cámara Federal de Córdoba y la Universidad Nacional y su beneficio a la comunidad asistida y a la mejor calidad de vida social.

ABSTRACT

Since my experience like a psychologist in different Government and Private institutions and in the D.G.L.C.N. of the Police Force, with the contact and treatment of patient that have addiction problems, and also with the total knowledge of the national law of the drug narcotic 23737 and to specific 14, 16, 17 and 18 article of how to treat arrested persons with this addictive problems, looking for them ways of healing and educational treatment, I found necessary to analyze the person, law relation. In this search I compare the personality symptom and enjoyment of the subjects and to try the way to connect this persons to the 23737 law and the article before exhibit. Of this way to observe the importance and application of this law over the psyche of them to limit the joy and try to hold them to life. The harmful affect on not implement this law; I found the possible alternative to achieve an agreement between the Federal Justice, the National University and the Federal Bureau of Córdoba to found a better quality of live and the social benefit to all the treatment community.
