RESUMEN

La universidad es el espacio donde se desarrolla la creatividad, y el verdadero espíritu investigador en los estudiantes y los docentes de enfermería, quienes están comprometidos en el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la investigación; sobre la cual existen diferentes paradigmas; estereotipos, prejuicios y percepciones, que se dan en el contexto socio-cultural de la universidad generando nuevos conocimientos. Objetivo: Comprender la red de significados que se elaboran alrededor de la enseñanza-aprendizaje de la investigación en enfermería en docentes y discentes. Trayectoria metodológica Estudio cualitativo-descriptivo interpretativo fundamentado en la Teoría de las representaciones sociales. Los participantes fueron los docentes y estudiantes de enfermería del pregrado de la Facultad de Medicina. Se utilizó como técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos la Observación libre y sistemática, las entrevistas a profundidad (Docentes) y los grupos focales (Estudiantes). Resultados: En las representaciones de los docentes emergieron cinco categorías Reconociendo la importancia de la actividad de investigación del Docente, enseñando en base a la experiencia en investigación, considerando la complejidad del proceso enseñanza/aprendizaje, efectuando el proyecto en el encuentro asesor/asesorado y conceptualizando el significado de la investigación en enfermería. En las representaciones de los estudiantes emergieron tres categorías Enfrentando el aprendizaje nuevo, construyendo el proyecto de investigación y comprendiendo el significado de la investigación en enfermería.

ABSTRACT

The university is the place where creativity is developed, and the true spirit of inquiry in students, teachers and nursing students are engaged in the process of learning of research on which there are different paradigms, prejudices stereotypes and perceptions that occur in the socio-cultural context of the university and generate new knowledge. Objective: Describe the social representations in the teaching-learning research, teaching and nursing students at the Faculty of Medicine of San Marcos in 2012. Methodology: Qualitative-descriptive approach under the theory of social representations. Participants were teachers and students in the undergraduate nursing at the School of Medicine. Techniques were used as observation and depth interviews (Teachers) and focus groups (Students). Results: In the representations of teachers emerged five categories Recognizing the importance of the research activity of Teaching, teaching based on research experience, considering the complexity of the teaching / learning process, making the project at the meeting advisor / advised and conceptualizing the meaning of nursing research. In the representations of students emerged three categories Facing new learning, building the research project and understanding the significance of research in nursing.
