Expectativas de alunos de enfermagem frente ao primeiro estágio em instituições de saúde / Expectations of nursing students first stage in front of the health institutions

RESUMO

Neste estudo de abordagem qualitativa, objetivou-se investigar as expectativas de alunos do primeiro período de um curso técnico em enfermagem de uma universidade pública, acerca do seu primeiro estágio em unidades de saúde. Os dados foram coletados por meio de entrevista semiestruturada, gravada e transcrita, de acordo com a Resolução 196/96 que regulamenta a pesquisa com seres humanos. Os resultados obtidos demonstram que o início do estágio é permeado por sentimentos de medo, insegurança e ansiedade dos estudantes. Pode-se concluir que esse é um momento em que devem contar com a compreensão e o conhecimento dos docentes para que se sintam mais confortáveis e preparados para elaborar questionamentos e sanar dúvidas em relação ao exercício profissional...

ABSTRACT

This qualitative study aimed to investigate the expectations of students in the first period of a nursing technical school in a public university, about the first internship in health units. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews, recorded and transcribed, in accordance with the Resolution 196/96 which regulates research with humans. The results demonstrate that early internship is permeated by feelings of fear, insecurity and anxiety of students.
