Atividades lúdicas na Odontopediatria: uma breve revisão da literatura / Ludic activities in the Pediatric Dentistry: a brief literature review

RESUMO

O objetivo deste artigo é realizar uma revisão de literatura sobre a importância do lúdico como ferramenta facilitadora na práxis do atendimento odontopediátrico. A atividade lúdica é um mecanismo imprescindível a ser utilizado pelo especialista. Através desse mecanismo, torna-se possível a criação de um vínculo afetivo entre o odontopediatra e o paciente infantil, viabilizando a adesão da criança ao tratamento odontológico.

ABSTRACT

The aim of this article is to review the literature about the importance of playfulness as a facilitating tool in the practice of pediatric dental care. The playful activity is an essential mechanism to be used by the specialist. Through this mechanism, the creation of an affective bond between Pediatric Dentistry and the infantile patient becomes a possibility, enabling the adhesion of the child to the odontology treatment.
