Evolução dos curativos de prata no tratamento de queimaduras de espessura parcial / Evolution of silver dressings in the treatment of partial thickness burns

RESUMO

Por muitos anos, as queimaduras vêm sendo tratadas com diferentes produtosa base de prata inicialmente com a solução de nitrato de prata 0,5%, seguindo os cremes com sulfadiazina de prata, e, atualmente, os curativos com gaze, rayon ou membranas de celulose, entre outros, impregnados com prata nas suas mais diferentes formas, como ionizada, micronizada ou nanocristalina,que representam a evolução dessa modalidade terapêutica.

ABSTRACT

For many years burns have been treated with different products made of silver, initially with the solution of silver nitrate 0.5%, following the creams with silver sulfadiazine, and currently, the gauze dressings, rayon or membranes cellulose, among others, with silver impregnated in its different forms such as ionized or micronized nanocrystalline representing the evolution of this therapeutic modality.
