Plasmablastic lymphoma is an aggressive form of lymphoma diffuse large B cell Lymphoma, initially described in HIV positive patients associated with lesions in the oral cavity. It is about 2% of NHL associated with HIV. This entity currently represents a challenge for the diagnosis and treatment, showing a poor long-term prognosis.
