ABSTRACT
The authors present a rare case of 19 years old woman, whit Linear Scleroderma ("en-coup-de-sabre"), with blepharoptosis and diplopia. The involvement of the whole right eyeball, although in a circumstantial way, determines a severe prognosis, due to a irreversible muscle atrophy. An important aspect was the observation of the muscle palsy eyelids in patients with Localized Scleroderma. They emphasize the clinical and electromyography changes, leading to the differential diagnosis
