ABSTRACT
A 58-year-old male presented with three weeks history of multiple subcutaneous nodules and fever. Histopathological feature of the nodule was characteristic of panniculitis. Three months later, the patient presented with carvical lymphadenopathy and compressive thoracic myelopathy and a diagnosis of diffuse mixed- cell lymphoma was established.
