ABSTRACT
Anemia is a common symptom of haematological disorders in people of all ages .The spectrum of haematological disorders differs significantly between developing and industrialized countries. The primary use of bone marrow aspirate is for cytological examination. It enables study into the cellularity of the bone marrow as a whole, the detection of specific lesions, and the amount of infiltration by various disease entities.
