Progress in Research on Exosomes in Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer / 胃肠病学

ABSTRACT

Pancreatic cancer is a highly malignant tumor of digestive system, with poor prognosis because of the difficulties in early diagnosis. Recent studies have shown that exosomal proteins and nucleic acids have extremely high sensitivity and specificity as the diagnostic markers for pancreatic cancer, giving a minimally invasive approach to obtain tumor molecular information, thereby providing a new clue for the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. This article reviewed the progress in research on exosomes in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
