@#Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of ET-PD and the difference between ET-PD and PD.Methods Fifteen patients with ET-PD (ET-PD group) and 35 patients with parkinsonism (PD group) were enrolled to analyze the differences between the two groups in motor symptoms,non-motor symptoms.Results The latency of ET-PD was (9.10±2.81) years.In terms of motor symptoms,axial symptoms [(4.08±2.36) points vs (3.76±2.72) points],postural tremor [(2.69±1.84) points vs (1.59±1.36) points] and motor tremor [(2.62±1.90) points vs (1.32±1.50) points] were more severe.Dizziness [(0.46±0.65) vs (0.26±0.45)] was more severe,while constipation [(0.92±0.74) vs (1.09±1.11)],dyspepsia [(0.77±0.71) vs (0.82±0.52)],and choking symptoms [(0.15±0.54) vs (0.44±0.61)] were less severe.Conclusion Patients with ET-PD had a long latency,with severe symptoms of dizziness,postural tremor,motor tremor and axial symptom,while relatively mild symptoms of constipation,dysphonia and cough.
