Fill up to the group of antineoplastic mushrooms in Vietnam a very rare species: Agaricus blazei Murrill

ABSTRACT

The squamule button mushroom Agaricus blazei Murrill was fruifully cultivated in Da Lat, VietNam, under similar procedure at large scales with white button mushroom A. bisporus, giving lower biological efficiency (biomass of fresh fruibodies harvested per unit of dry composts used). The prefectful development of fruibodies was described and a minireview on their medicine - food value was discussed
