Myocardial infarction is more common disease in the world. After acute period, the rate of 1-year dead was still high (6-19%), especially in high-risk patients, this rate even more than 50%. The authors introduced some methods evaluating post myocardial infarction based on clinical symptoms, exercise ECG, cardial untrasound, Holter ECG and late potentials, exploring by nuclear medicine, coronary angiography with the contrast medium and X-ray examination of the left ventricular chamber
