ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo discuss the impact of different dosage of atorvastatins on heart function in acute STEMI.Methods136 STEMI patients were assigned into three groups with different doses atorvastatin.LVEF,CI,LVED,WMS and BNP were compared after treatment.ResultsThere were significant changes in LVEF,CI,WMS after treatment compared with pre-treatment( all P ＜ 0.05).LVEF,CI and WMS in group Ⅲ were significantly higher than group Ⅰ ( all P ＜ 0.05 ).BNP was significantly decreased in group Ⅲ compare with others ( all P ＜ 0.01 ).ConclusionAtorvastatin could improve heart function of STEMI.High dose(40mg qd) is more effective.
