ABSTRACT
Objective To observe pre-eclampsia,maternal impact on neonatal morbidity. Methods 120 cases of preeclampsia and maternal were selected as observation group, and selected the normal maternal production of the same gestational age newborns in the control group, the occurrence of neonatal asphyxia and hyaline membrane disease,hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, etc.were compared. Results The incidence of small for gestational age children of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(x2=65.24,18.73,all P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy and neonatal asphyxia(P>0.05).Mild brain injury, cerebral dysplasia incidence of the observation group were 35.0%(42/120),29.2%(35/120),which in the control group were 25.0%(30/120),17.5%(21/120).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(x2=2.86,4.57,P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of moderate brain injury incidence(P>0.05).There were 20 cases of fetal distress and 7 perinatal child death cases in the observation group which,in the control group were six cases and two cases, the difference was statistically significant(x2=8.45,1.85,all P<0.05).Conclusion Preeclampsia can affect neonatal development, who have premature birth tendency and higher neonatal morbidity.
