Gynecological Diseases Census and the Detection Rate of Prevention-First Analysis / 浙江中医药大学学报

ABSTRACT
[Objective]To investigate the preventive gynecological examination, prevention of gynecological diseases diagnosis, treatment, and explore effec-tive prevention measures. [Methods]4824 women selected from 2011 January to 2012 December in our hospital have routine screening, the relevant medi-cal personnel make one by one inquiry, fil in the form of unified formulation, make breast and genitourinary tract examination, malignant examination, further pathological organization examination, carry the statistical analysis to check results. [Results] The detection of gynecological patients 2039 in the 4824 census, 42.3% of the total, have lobular hyperplasia, breast chronic cervicitis, vaginitis and myoma of uterus disease among the top four. The inci-dence of disease of other department of gynaecology rate is smal , mainly in the adnexal masses, pelvic effusion. The breast lobular hyperplasia, chronic cer-vicitis, vaginitis disease are associated with age, often at 22~30 years old, decrease with age. Uterine fibroids in 22~30 years old have the lowest rate, but increase with the growth of the age, down to 2.84% or even lower in postmenopausal women. [Conclusion] To check the preventive gynecological dis-eases, clinical emphasis on prevention, from the census to achieve early discovery, early diagnosis, early treatment are an important task of prevention and treatment of various gynecological diseases and breast diseases, but also an important means of health care for women.
