Analysis on clinical effect of using warm paste during cesarean section / 中国实用护理杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of using warm paste during cesarean section.Methods 300 cases underwent cesarean section in obstetric department of our hospital from January to June 2013 were collected,who were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 150 cases in each group.The temperature,clinical curative effect and eliminating time of shiver reaction after cesarean section of two groups were observed.Results In the observation group,there were 92 cases (61.33％) whose temperature were higher than 36℃,23 cases (15.33％) whose temperature were less than 36℃,and compared with the control group,the difference in different temperature was statistically significant.The observation of shivering patients in two groups after treatment showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.29％,while that of the control group was 76.92％.The difference was statistically significant between two groups.The difference was statistically significant in the eliminating time of shiver reaction after treatment between two groups.Conclusions Using warm paste during cesarean section is safe and effective,and can significantly reduce complications.
