ABSTRACT
Objective:
To explore the clinic and coronary disease lesion features in patients with acute coronary syn-drome (ACS) ≥ 75 years old and the outcomes of one-year follow up after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) .Methods:
A total of 355 ACS patients ,who hospitalized in our hospital from Jan 2012 to Dec 2012 and re-ceived PCI ,were divided into ≥75 years group (n=205) and 0.05 ) .Conclusion:
Higher incidence rates of clinical complications and complex lesions are found in ≥75 years patients with acute coronary syndrome ;but no significant difference is found in one-year prognosis between the two groups .
