ABSTRACT
The study aimed to analyse the effects of Livcol, a herbal medication, on chronic hepatitis B. The patients were divided into two groups the study group using Livcol, the control group using Fortec for 1 months. Results:
Almost clinical menifestations reduced or disappeared, transaminase level was lowered equally in both groups with statistic significance. There was 1 case of seroconversion of HBeAg seen in both group. Livcol showed no adverse effects in this trial
