ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the effect of alprostadil injection on serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-alpha and prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction from February 2014 to February 2016 in Ningbo Yinzhou People's Hospital were selected, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group 40 cases, the conventional treatment of acute cerebral infarction;40 cases in the observation group, with alprostadil injection on the basis of control group. The levels of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αwere observed before and after treatment, and the NIHSS and Barthel index score and the curative effect after treatment were observed. Results Compared with before treatment, no significant change after treatment of serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αlevels in the control group, the serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αlevels decreased significantly in the observation group ( P <0.05 ) , and significantly lower than the control group ( P <0.05 ).Compared with before treatment, NIHSS score decreased after treatment in two groups (P <0.05),Barthel index (P <0.05) score increased, NIHSS score in observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), Barthel index score was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was 95%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.5% ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion Alprostadil injection treatment of acute cerebral infarction, can effectively reduce the patient's serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αlevels, reduce brain damage, can improve the curative effect, improve the prognosis.
