ABSTRACT
Objective To observe the application of budesonide combined with terbutaline aerosol therapy in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and its influence on inflammatory factors. Methods Retrospective a total of 189 cases from May 2014 to May 2016 in our hospital were collected, they were divided them into two groups the observation group and the control group.Observation group was given budesonide combined terbutaline aerosol therapy, total cases were 98, control group was given terbutaline atomization treatment alone, total cases were 91.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the changes of PaO2 , PaCO2 , IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, CRP and PCT were measured before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.9%, significantly higher than the control group 80.2%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with control group, the arterial blood PaO2 levels increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), PaCO2 level significantly decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared with the control group, the levels of IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, CPR and PCT in the serum of the two groups decreased after treatment, and the reduces range was higher in observation group than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with terbutaline atomization could improve the level of arterial blood PaO2 , reduce inflammation, clinical curative effect were well.
