ABSTRACT

The Serum monlandlyhyde (MDA) and the rea blood cell superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in 33 primary liver cancer patients. The results showed (t). The content level of the serum MDA increased in these patients. (2) . The SOD activity markedly decreased. These demonstrated that in the pathologic process of primary liver can- cer, lipid peroxidation reaction increased, which may be caused by chemistry carcinogin.
