ABSTRACT

To observe the oxygenation and pulmonary hemodynamic variation of one-lung ventilation (OLV) with Bain circuit in canine. Method:To use oxygen insufflation into the upper nonventilated lung with or with out Bain circuit during OLV fifteen dogs was studied in comparison with two-lung ventilation (TLV).
