ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To compare the cost and efficacy between three different haemostatics in treating postoperative bleeding following suprapubic prostatectomy.METHODS:
Using cost-effectiveness analysis,reptilase,aprotinin and minirin were evaluated.RESULTS &CONCLUSION:
From pharmacoeconomic view,use of reptilase in treating postoperative bleeding is the best therapeutic regimen.
