ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To prepare Qingrejieduhuazhuo tablets and establish the standard of quality control.METHODS:
The content of baicalin in the product was determined with HPLC method.RESULTS:
The linear range of baicalin concentra?tion was0.128～0.642?g/ml and correlation coefficient was0.9997.The average recovery of sample was98.31%with a RSD of0.82%(n=6).CONCLUSION:
The method is suitable for the quality control of Qingrejieduhuazhuo tablets.
