ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic effects of Lixiding(LXD)plus dobutamine(DBT)on severe acute congestive heart failure.METHODS:A total of40patients,including25patients with coronary heart disease,10hypertensive cardiopathy and5ectatic myocardiopathy,were enrolled in this study.Before and after combined use of LXD and DBT,the SBP,DBP,HR,CI,PCWP,TPR and LVEF were measured and the data obtained were detected with t test.RESULTS:After use of drugs,the SBP,DBP,HR,PCWP and TPR significantly decreased in comparison with those before medication(P
