Preparation and Quality Control of Qingyan Tea Bag / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:

To prepare Qingyang tea bag and establish the standard of quality control.

METHODS:

The Flos Lonicera and Radix Glycyrrhize were identified by TLC.The content of chlorogenic acid,the main active component in the tea derived from Flos Lonicera,was determined by TLCs.

RESULTS:

Linearity was found in the range from1.2?g~4.8?g of chlorogenic acid,r=0.9993;the average recovery was99.50%and RSD=2.39%.

CONCLUSION:

The method was found to be simple,precise and may be used for the quality control of the preparation.
