ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To prepare Qingyang tea bag and establish the standard of quality control.METHODS:
The Flos Lonicera and Radix Glycyrrhize were identified by TLC.The content of chlorogenic acid,the main active component in the tea derived from Flos Lonicera,was determined by TLCs.RESULTS:
Linearity was found in the range from1.2?g~4.8?g of chlorogenic acid,r=0.9993;the average recovery was99.50%and RSD=2.39%.CONCLUSION:
The method was found to be simple,precise and may be used for the quality control of the preparation.
