ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the clinical value of low molecular weight heparin (LMWH) in the (treatment) of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) . Methods A prospective and randomized study on the (therapeutic) effects of conventioned therapy in 30 patients with SAP(C group), compared with 30 patients (treated) by conventional therapy plus LMWH(LT group). Results (1)The APACHE II scores in LT group were significantly lower than that in C group at 2 weeks after therapy (P0.05).
