OBJECTIVE:To prepare the slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets and to establish the standard of quality control METHODS:Slow_released implantable adriamycin tablets were prepared with polylactic acid as carrier and were implanted into rabbit’s eyes for observation UV_spectrophotometer was used to determine the content of adriamycin in impla_ntable tablet RESULTS:The average weight of the implantable tablet was 4 56mg The absorption value and concentration showed a good linearity in a range of 0 86～10 72?g/ml(r=0 9 993) The average recovery was 99 20%,RSD=0 43%(n=5) CONCLUSION:The slow_released adriamycin tablet is simple in preparation technic and feasible in quality control method:
