ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the effects of ischemic preconditioning(IPC)on aged patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods 124 cases of AMI during hospitalization were divided into two groups ischemic precondition group(IPC, n =68)with angina 48 hours before AMI; no ischemic precondition group (NIPC, n =56) without angina.
