ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo study the proper position for postoperative patients with retinal detachment by intraocular tamponade when using self-designed pillow. Methods Divided 70 postoperative patients with retinal detachment by intraocular tamponade into the experimental group and the control group randomly. The self-designed pillow was used in the experimental group, the routine nursing measures were used in the control group, and then compared the incidence rate of postoperative complication in the two groups, and evaluated the comfortable condition of the patients in the 2 groups.
