ABSTRACT

As a socially vigorous culture,science and technology has an exclusive tendency against ethics. Meanwhile,side effects of science and technology also promote the evolution of bioethics.Based on the above two perspectives,this paper illustrates the importance of building up novel social responsibilities of scientists.Further more,this paper believes that science and technology should not be opposed to,but reciprocal to ethics.As a conclusion,it is the common social responsibilities of all the scientists and ethieists to ensure a fair and just contribution of science and technology for human interests.
