ABSTRACT
OBJECTIVE:
To study the effects of extracts from peanut shell on PAF-induced platelet aggregation in rabbit.METHODS:
Rabbits were given PAF in vitro and in vivo. With turbidimetry, we tested platelet aggregation induced by PAF. The inhibition effect of extracts from peanut shell on PAF-induced platelet aggregation in rabbit was determined.RESULTS:
