ABSTRACT

Objective; To observe the changement of serum c - reactive protein (CRP) and the effect of fluvastatin on CRP in the patients with heart failure of coronary heart diease (CHD). Methods ; 78 patients with CHFwere randomly divided into treated group and contol group , which were given usual treatment according to the guide of CHF treatment. Meanwhile, fluvastatin was added to the treated group . Two groups need to detected the TC , CRP and LEVF before and after treatment . Results: After 8 weeks , compared to the control group , the TC , CRP of the treated group decreased in varying degredd , but the LEVF increased obviously . Conclusion ; CRP can forecast dangerous of heart disease . It can be used as a index to prognose the patient with CHF . Fluvastatin can decrease the CRP and improve the prognosis for patient with CHF .
