Objective To study the relationship between the expression of nm23- H1 gene product and early distant metastases in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods The S- P immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of nm23- H1 in 95 cases of NPC. Results The positive rate of nm23- H1 was 47.4 % (45/95).
