ABSTRACT

The studies of nutritional status and biochemical indices of obese children were taken in three elementary schools with different socioeconomic levels. Subjects including obese and overweight children were matched with normal weight children by the ratio of 1:1. The caloric intake of the obese children was obviously higher than that of the normal children.
