ABSTRACT
Objective:
To study the influence of TNF-? on the expression of secretory component (SC) in Caco-2 cells.Methods:
Immunocytochemistry,ELISA,Western blot and quantitative real-time PCR were used to test SC-positive cells of Caco-2,free SC in culture supernatants,protein and mRNA expression of SC in the cells.Results:
