ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the correlation between arrhythmia and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients withprimary hypertension. Methods 12-lead synchronous resting electrocardiogram. ambulatory electrocardiogram and echo-cardiogram were obtained from 246 patients with primary hypertension.
