Clinical observation of children bronchiolitis therapy with combination of interferon and pulmicort respules / 中国临床药理学与治疗学

ABSTRACT

AIM: To investigate the clinical effects of combination with pulmicort respules(budsonide nebulising suspension) and interferon on children with bronchiolitis.METHODS: 48 children with bronchiolitis were divided into two groups randomly control group(B) were treated with synthetic therapy and group A assist-treated with pulmicort respules inhalation and interferon based on the same synthetic therapy.RESULTS: The clinical effect and pulmonary function were evaluated,and group A gained advantages in all indexes including anhelation relieving,rales extinction time,hospital day,and total effective rates,and those were statistical difference.CONCLUSION: Combination with pulmicort respules(budsonide nebulising suspension) and interferon have better therapeutic effect on children with bronchiolitis than classic synthetic therapy.
