Determination of Ephedrine in KMBYL Capsules by HPLC / 浙江中医药大学学报

ABSTRACT

[Objective] To establish a method for determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in KMBYL capsules by HPLC.[Methods] The DiamonsilTM C18(250mm?4.6mm,5 ?m)column was used.The mobile phase was mobile phase acetonitrine-0.02 mol?L-1potassium dihydrogen phosphate(0.2% triethylamine,adjusteding pH to 2.7 with phosphoric acid)(5∶95) with a flow rate of 1.0ml?min-1.The detection wavelength was 210 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.[Results] The linear responses range was 0.2148-2.148 ?g?mL-1 of Ephedrine Hydrochloride(r=0?9999).The average recovery was 98.85% and the RSD was 2.95%.[Conclusion] The method is simple accurate reproducible.It can be used for the quality control of KMBYL Capsules.
