ABSTRACT

Objective:To study rosiglitazone therapy in PCOS infertility patients with insulin resistance.Methods:Among 38 PCOS patients,15 insulin-resistance cases were identified via hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp technique(HGCT).Rosiglitazone(Avandia) were administratod at 4mg qd.HGCT,oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT),the levels of insulin,T,FSH, LH were tested before and after the treatment.The follicle growth were observed by transvaginal ultrasonography,while the follicle growth rates were compared.Results:After treatment with combined rosiglitazone with clomiphene citrate(CC) 50mg,qd,HGCT value increased (P
